GOOD NEWS FROM DAVID IN AUSTRALIA / BONNES NOUVELLES DE DAVID EN AUSTRALIE

We chatted on Skype, he seems OK and happy. He saw Danielle (Mish cousin) twice. Mish Ellison is my sister in law from London. She (Danielle, the Fench-Australian cousin of Mish) took him (David) to Alliance Francaise to see the posts in case there was some available flats or rooms,  she invited him to restaurant for dinner on Friday night, after shul, and they'll see an art exhibition  together this Sunday.

Nous avons bavarde sur Skype, il a l'air d'aller bien et d'etre tres content. Il a vu deux fois Danielle (la cousine de Mish). Mish Ellison est ma belle-soeur de Londres. Elle (Danielle, la cousine Franco-Australienne de Mish) l'a emmene (David) a l'Alliance francaise voir les annonces au cas ou il y aurait des annonces d'appartement ou de chambres, elle l'a invite a diner Vendredi soir au restaurant apres la shul, et ils iront voir ensemble une exposition ce Dimanche.

Mark has to go professionaly to Sydney next week, so we will both spend the week-end in Melbourne. I'll fly straight from Hong Kong to Melbourne (9 hours and a half) and Mark will join me there on Friday.

Mark doit aller a Sydney la semaine prochaine alors nous passerons le week-end ensemble a Melbourne. J'irai directement de Hong Kong a Melbourne (9h30 de vol) ou il me rejoindra le Vendredi.

We will also see Boaz (My Israeli nephew, who lives in Brisbane) and comes to see David in Melbourne. Little family gathering of the Ellison-Ozeri and the Australian family of Mish. 

Nous y verrons Boaz (Mon neveu Israelien qui habite a Brisbane) et qui vient voir David. Petite reunion Australienne de quelques Ellison-Ozeri avec les cousins Australiens de Mish.

I met Danielle several times in Paris when she came to see her ageing mother, before she took her to live near her in Australia. I met her daughter Sandy and family once in Monaco where we used to live then. I saw Boaz a few months ago in Hong Kong where he spent a few hours with us before returning from Israel to Brisbane. 

J'ai vu Danielle plusieurs fois a Paris quand elle venait voir sa mere tres agee, avant qu'elle ne l'emmene vivre pres d'elle en Australie. J'ai vu sa fille Sandy et sa famille une fois a Monaco, quand nous habitions la-bas il y a longtemps. J'ai vu Boaz il y a quelques mois a Hong Kong ou il a passe quelques heures d'escale avec nous, avant de rentrer a Brisbane.

I am finally very excited to go to Australia for the first time and to see David of course, and all this familiar people. 

Je suis finalement tres contente d'aller en Australie pour la premiere fois et de voir David bien sur, et aussi tous ces gens familiers.
