LAM CHUN WING

Chun Wing was not accepted by Paris Opera Ballet this year. It is a big surprise because everybody was so sure he would join the company. We were wrong! It was a very hard blow for him, and for all those who love him and there are many of us! 

Chun Wing n'a pas ete pris par le Ballet de l'Opera de Paris cette annee. Ce fut une grande surprise parce tout le monde etait sur qu'il integrerait la compagnie. Nous avions tort! Ca a ete un coup tres dur pour lui et pour tous ceux qui l'aiment et nous sommes nombreux! 

At first he was very upset but very soon he reacted very well and is now passing auditions and facing the unknown. I am full of admiration for him, and I trust his talent 100%, he will be one of the greatest dancers of his generation!

Au debut, il a ete tres secoue, mais il s'est rapidement ressaisi et a tres bien reagi et maintenant, il passe des auditions et affronte l'inconnu. Je suis pleine d'admiration pour lui, et j'ai 100% confiance en son talent, ce sera un des grands danseurs de sa generation!

All I can say is that I hope he will join a company that has both an excellent technical level and a competitive but friendly atmosphere.

Tout ce que je peux dire c'est que j'espere qu'il integrera une compagnie qui a un excellent niveau technique, tout en ayant une atmosphere competitive mais amicale.

Let me say again to Chun Wing how much I cherish him and trust his great talent. He will come out of this hard time an even better person, adversity makes you grow fast and become strong when you react well to the blow, which he does.

Je reitere a Chun Wing toute mon affection et toute ma confiance en son grand talent. Il sortira de cette epreuve en ayant beaucoup appris, l'adversite renforce et grandit quand on arrive a la surmonter, ce qu'il fait parfaitement.
