2 amazing shows in Hong Kong / 2 spectacles superbes a Hong Kong

We saw a great Chinese theatre play in Cantonese with English subtitles : The Sing Family.

Very funny, very well performed by great actors young and less young. We laughted a lot but the end was unexpectedly tragic...Excellent theatre play, production!!!

Nous avons vu une excellente piece de theatre en Cantonnais avec des surtitres en Anglais : La famille Sing. 

Tres drole, tres bien joue par d'excellents acteurs jeunes et moins jeunes. Nous avons beaucoup rit mais la fin etait tragique de facon inattendue... Excellente piece de theatre, excellente mise en scene.

Nous avons aussi vu et adore l'orchestre de cuivres de Russie (St Petersbourg) qui malheureusement n'a donne qu'un spectacle car David aurait adore leur musique et leur humour. Ils jouent de cors anciens qui n'emettent qu'une seule note, c'est un peu comme une orgue a 14 joueurs qui jouent de 74 cors..

We also went to hear and loved the Horn Orchestra of Russia (st Petersburg) which only gave one concert alas as David would have loved to hear hem and would have loved their humour. They played old horns that only had one note each. It is like one organ with 14 players who play  74 different horns..

Grand concert bien qu'ils aient eu des problemes sans doute a cause de la chaleur et de l'humidite dans leurs instruments  ce qui devait modifier le son.

Great concert even if they had problems probably because of the heat and of the humidity in their instruments. It possibly modified the sound.

C'etait d'excellent niveau et tres drole (ils expliquaient en detail leurs instruments et leur technique) chaque artiste tenait parfois a la main 3 ou 4 cors ou pour les longs cors en avait 2 ou 4 poses devant lui sur une table. Quel travail pour arriver a un tel niveau et a une telle coordination!!!  Nous avons adore les gars et leur concert!!!

That was so clever and so funny (they explained in details how their instruments work and their technique) each artist sometimes held 2 to 4 horns in his hands or for the very long ones had 2 to 4 in front of him on a table). What a hard work to become that good and to reach such a good coordination!!!! We loved the guys and their concert!!!
